DREAM CHARTER, Sailing in Brunei, celebrated six months of business here in Brunei on July 10 at Sungai Bunga Jetty, Kota Batu.

The jetty was decorated with a colourful arrangement of balloons and a selection of flags from all around the world blowing in the Southeast wind.

The event started with a slight downpour but nothing was going to dampen the spirits of the Dream Charter crew and eventually clear skies gave way to a very successful evening at Kota Batu.

Among the many invited guests were Dato Paduka Haji Hamdillah Haji Abdul Wahab, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources, Sheikh Jamaluddin the Brunei tourism chief and guests from Sailing in Brunei's June Sunset cruise promotion.

All guests who booked a Sunset Cruise with Dream Charter in the month of June received a "Free Sailing in Brunei" t-shirt.

Dream Charter took this opportunity at their six months anniversary celebration to present guests with their colourful t-shirts that display Sailing Vessel (SV) Petima on the back.

After the presentation guests got to cruise the beautiful Brunei River onboard SV Petima.

So what now for the company Dream Charter? Even in these hard global financial times Dream Charter continues to go from strength to strength.

With new promotions out every month and new packages coming on their portfolio such as their new Life Skills Programme and Kuraman Island Day Trips, guest numbers are increasing. Always looking forward and catering for their guests needs Dream Charter has decided to bring a new boat on to the charter scene here in Brunei.

The new 12-metre yacht, still without a name will be able to cater for larger number of guests and without doubt new cruising packages will be part of her portfolio. This new 12-metre yacht will be ready for launch and operation in October 2009. So be sure to watch this space for more details.
