Malaysian general calls on Crown Prince

HIS Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office yesterday granted an audience to the Malaysian Chief of Defence Force, General Tan Sri Dato Paduka Seri Abdul Aziz Hj Zainal, at Istana Nurul Iman.
Present at the ceremony were Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General Dato Paduka Seri Hj Awang Halbi Hj Md Yussof, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces and Malaysia High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam, Dato Ali Abdullah.
The Malaysian Chief of Defence Forces arrived last Sunday for a three-day official visit.
General Tan Sri Dato Paduka Seri Abdul Aziz Zainal was bestowed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam the title of The Most Exalted Order of Paduka Keberanian Laila Terbilang (DKPT) 1st Class, which carries the title 'Dato Paduka Seri', during an audience last Monday.The Brunei Times
