His Majesty receives in audience Malaysia minister

HIS Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to grant an audience to Dato Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim, Malaysian Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage, and his delegation at Istana Nurul Iman yesterday afternoon.
The Malaysian Minister's delegation comprised Tengku Laksamana Raja Dato' Tengku Sulaiman ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Ismail Nasirudin Shah, Tengku Farok Hussin Tengku Abdul Jalil Dato' Paduka Maharaja Lela from Istana Negara, Dato' Zakaria Sulong, Head of Protocol at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dato' Awang Kechik Abdul Rahman, Head of Protocol at the Prime Minister's Office. Accompanying the delegation was His Excellency Datuk Ali Haji Abdullah, the High Commissioner of Malaysia to Brunei Darussalam.
During the audience, His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to receive a pasambah and also, a message from the delegation. Present during the audience were Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Hj Abdul Aziz Pengiran Jaya Negara Pengiran Hj Abu Bakar, Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Utama Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Yahya Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Haji Bakar, Minister of Energy at the Prime Minister's Office.
Also present were Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Penggawa Laila Bentara Istiadat Diraja Dalam Istana Pengiran Hj Alauddin Pengiran Paduka Tuan Pengiran Hj Abu Bakar and Pengiran Dato Paduka Hj Abu Bakar Pengiran Hj Seri Indera Pengiran Haji Ismail, Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office.
