550 golfers eye Porsche prize

MORE than 550 budding golfers from the sultanate registered for the 12th Baiduri Bank Charity Golf competition, a joint collaboration with Brunei Press Sdn Bhd, QAF Auto Sdn Bhd, QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd, QAF Brunei and Ben Foods (B) Sdn Bhd and MasterCard International, commenced yesterday at the Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) Golf Club.
The four-day event which has recorded the highest number of golfers entering a golf tournament in Brunei will see proceeds go local charities like SMARTER, Pusat Ehsan, DANA Pg Muda Mahkota Al Muhtadee Billah and many more.
The tournament will give golfers a chance to win five luxury range cars, Porsche Cayman S, Porsche Boxster 987, Porsche Boxter 986, BMW 523 and BMW 320 and smaller prizes.
