One of the two doctors, Dr Mohammed Amrio Masri, a medical officer said, "It is an opportunity to be involved in something uncommon in Brunei, we don't mind to be on call to address to medical emergencies as we know everyone is busy and things are bound to happen and we are there to ensure help"

An adat istiadat usherette from the Adat Istiadat Negara who ushers in the female official guests explians that since the department does not have female staff, during royal events like these female officers across the government ministries and departments are hand-picked or some have applied to be involved in such events.

The usherette who is from the Land Transport Department said, "This occasion is being looked forward to and we are proud to be apart of the event, we are honoured to be selected to do this".
