School holiday events

Various activities have been lined up in Bangar town to coincide with the school holiday.

Today a boat show is scheduled to be held, with a corresponding food festival entitled "Satay and Soto Bangar" at the Tamu Muhibbah Aneka Selera.

A motor show by Toyota will be held tomorrow and on Sunday at the Complex Utama Bumiputera building. Other events include "Pesta Bangar" festival and cultural show performances on June 21.

The activities are hoped to boost Temburong's tourism potential and generate business opportunities for the community.

Toyota roadshow

NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd is bringing its most popular Toyota models to Temburong via a specially-organised roadshow, to make up for the absence of a showroom in the district.

The company has arranged for the Toyota Innova, Toyota Vios, Toyota Corolla Diesel and Toyota Avanza to be displayed at the event.

Two units of the Toyota Avanza, which NBT is touting as its best-selling car, will be available for test drives.

NBT's sales staff and finance officers from Baiduri will be on hand to field enquiries and advise on possible purchases.
