M'sian navy pays visit to Brunei

IN A bid to enhance military relations between the Royal Brunei Navy and the Royal Malaysian Navy, the Chief of Royal Malaysian Navy yesterday paid a visit to the Muara Naval Base.
Admiral Tan Sri Ramlan Mohamed Ali yesterday paid a farewell call to the Muara Naval base, Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, the Deputy Minister of Defence and the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
The visit went a long way to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries which has been long established and also to build closer friendship among both parties.
The chief's visit to Royal Brunei Navy yesterday was received by a guard of honour formation mounted by the Royal Brunei Navy.
This was then followed by a goodwill call to the commander of Royal Brunei Navy Colonel (L) Dato Paduka Joharie Hj Matussin.
A similar call was also made separately by the chief on the same day to the Deputy Minister of Defence and the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.The Brunei Times
