Princess Masna attends OIC meet

HER Royal Highness Princess Hjh Masna, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade has arrived in Uganda to attend the 35th session of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Foreign Ministers Meeting from June 18-20.
Themed 'Prosperity and Development', the annual meeting would see 57 member countries discussing skyrocketing oil prices and how developing countries in Africa can access the US$6 billion Africa Development Fund to improve their infrastructure.
Her Royal Highness was greeted by Uganda's Protocol Chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kayiza Matavu, upon her arrival at the Entebbe International Airport.
The acting minister was accompanied by Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Hj Abdul Aziz.
The OIC is the second largest inter-governmental organisation after the United Nations which has a membership of 57 states spread over four continents, with a Permanent Secretariat in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Brunei Times
