HIS Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Her Majesty Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Isteri Azrinaz Mazhar yesterday left for Malaysia.
His Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah were present for the send off at the Brunei International Airport.
Also present were His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik and His Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah and Her Royal Highness Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Zariah. Before departing from Istana Nurul Iman to the Brunei International Airport, a doa Selamat was recited by State Mufti Pehin Datu Ustaz Hj Awg Abdul Aziz Juned.
According to a report from Bernama, His Majesty will be attending the 12th Annual Consultation with Malaysia Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
The annual consultation provides a platform at the highest level to forge and enhance mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation between Malaysia and Brunei, as well as to exchange views on regional and international issues of common concern, said the report. (SHS1)The Brunei Times
