The mosque, which has become best known landmark of Brunei Darussalam, will celebrate its 50th anniversary on September 26, 2008. This masjid is also considered to be one of the most beautiful mosques in Southeast Asia. It continues to symbolise Islam as Brunei’s official religion. |
