A special haircut

TWENTY members of the Pusat Ehsan Al-Hajjah Maryam were treated to a hair cut provided by Vision Illusion, yesterday.

The Charity Haircut was conducted by two professional hairdressers and the event took place at the Gazebo located in the compound of the centre to make sure that the children were comfortable in familiar surroundings.

"The kids here have certain phobias of having their hair cut in the regular salons and with them contributing to Pusat Ehsan with this Charity Haircut we at Pusat Ehsan are highly grateful," said the centre's Head of Programme, Jasmine. Vision Illusion provides the service once every three months.

Besides conducting the Charity Haircut, Vision Illusion also presented a contribution of food supplies and a cash donation of $500 to Pusat Ehsan.

The Head Of Administration of Pusat Ehsan, HjAbd Maaruf who was present during the event conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to the salon for the act of good will given to the centre. The Brunei Times
