Baiduri Finance wins ISO certification again

BAIDURI Finance Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Baiduri Bank, is the first finance company in Brunei to be accredited an ISO 9001:2008 certification.

Hj Haliluddin Dato Hj Talib, General Manager of Baiduri Finance was on hand to receive a certificate from Mr S Karthigasen.

The award was made through Bureau Veritas Certification. With 80,000 clients in more than 100 countries, delivering over 100,000 certificates; Bureau Veritas Certification (formerly known as BVQI) is the world's leading certification body.

Baiduri Finance was the first finance company to be awarded an ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2003. Since then, Baiduri Finance has continued to maintain its Quality Management System in compliance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards. This was further recognised when Baiduri Finance was re-certified the ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2006.

Baiduri Finance's passion for quality and continuous improvement drove the company's efforts to become certified to the newly revised ISO 9001:2008 standards this year.

From encompassing endeavours to serving the Bruneian community for almost 13 years, Baiduri Finance has always been customer oriented and efficient in providing disciplinary financial services to the nation.
