Remember Brunei, get unique souvenirs at BRIDEX 2009

THE Brunei Darussalam International Defence Exhibition and Conference (BRIDEX) 2009 is an excellent platform for Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to expose their products to the foreign exhibitors and companies involved in the exhibition.

BRIDEX 2009 had invited various SMEs to take part and take advantage of this opportunity such as Sinju Enterprise, a sister company of the one-stop tourist square Pelangi DE' Mutiara which provides the visitors and international delegates participating in the BRIDEX 2009 with genuine Bruneian souvenirs for them to remember their visit to Brunei Darussalam.

The souvenirs which can be found in the booth ranges from various items such as t-shirts, key rings, handbags and caps bearing Brunei Darussalam logo and indigenous species of plants and animals—all perfect as keepsakes to remember their time in Brunei Darussalam.

On Speaking with The Brunei Times, Inju, Manager of Sinju Enterprise said that "the foreign delegates are too busy to go out and buy gifts for their loved ones or themselves to remember their time here in Brunei."

"Here at the shop they could just pop by for a few minutes and purchase souvenirs to remember their visit," she added highlighting the convenience of setting up temporary shop at the exhibition.

The price of items in the booth ranges from as low as 60 cents for postcards and as high as $50.00 such as a gold plated clock engraved with Brunei Darussalam.

All products are affordable and unique to Brunei and are excellent gifts to give to the foreign exhibitors or the foreign exhibitors to purchase themselves to remember their short time here in the Sultanate.

BRIDEX 2009 is held from August 12 to 15 at the new exhibition and convention centre, Jerudong.
