WITH the start of the new academic term, Laksamana College of Business (LCB) recently officially announced its new Student Committee members for the 2010/2011 session.
The election was held on October 14 and 15, 2010 to select the representative from each level and the Student High Council was then finalised on October 19, 2010.
The committee comprised representatives who were elected by the students from each level that were Cambridge International Diploma, University Foundation Course, BA Common Year One, KCB Diplomas in Business Management and Business and Technician Education Council (BTEC) HNC & HND in Computing.
The new Students Committee will be under the supervision of LCB IT Lecturer, Azman Mashor.
The Student High Council comprising the student committee President Abdul Azim Dato Paduka Serbini, Vice-President Rafidah Hj Ibrahim Secretary Nur'anati Rasyidah Noorkhalid, Vice-Secretary Md Ali Khanafiah Hj Abd Halid, Treasurer Bernie Wong Ho Mei, Assistant Treasurer Joyce Wong Che Hwei, Public Relations I Hj Md Saiful Awng Tengah and Public Relations II Dk Zafirah Pg Abd Razak were elected from among the representatives of each level.
The other members of the Student Committee include Rahmah Ayu Wardani, Md Zainul Akhir Hj Mohidin, Alvina Chong May Yuen, Andy Chia, Dk Seri Aqeelah Pg Hj Sofrey, Pg Anak Amirah Balqis Saniyah Bazilah Pg Anak Dr Hj Amiruddin Alam Shah, Dk Nurul Izzati Hamizah Pg Hj Abd Rahman, Nur Khairunnisa Hj Mohammadwali, Fauzi Hj Samat, Hairul Hj Mohd Taib, Noralizah Tarip and Nur Farahiyah Hj Hujan.
