The festive celebration began at 3pm with the arrival of invited guests who were welcomed by the COO as well as the staff and lecturers of LCB.

The arrival of students and their families lightened up the atmosphere as the celebration was part of the college's aspiration to educate and promote to the students the various cultural festivals that are celebrated in the Sultanate.

The celebration is aimed at a more innovative relationship between LCB's staff and lecturers with the students and their families outside the study environment and has proved to be a successful event as LCB hopes to make such a celebration an annual event. The Brunei Times
