Laksamana College opens registration for LCCI IQ Diploma

AFTER the successful start of the first intake for the February/March 2011 Academic term last February, Laksamana College of Business is now following its trend and opens the registration for London Chamber of Commerce Industry (LCCI) International Qualification Diploma (Level Three) which will be starting on Monday, March 14.

Accredited by Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council (BDNAC) under the Ministry of Education (MoE), students enrolled into LCB's LCCI programme have the option to choose from three of the LCCI IQ Diploma offered namely, LCCI IQ Diploma in Accounting, LCCI IQ Diploma in Marketing as well as LCCI IQ Diploma in Business and Industrial Administration.

The minimum entry requirement for LCCI IQ Diploma (Level Three) is GCE 'O' Level Credits in three English medium subjects or two English medium subjects and one Malay medium subject or one English medium subject and two Malay medium subjects.

As the classes are conducted in the evenings, LCCI IQ Diploma in Business also caters for mature students who meet the minimum requirement with at least one year of working experience.

The LCCI IQ Diploma (Level Three) is well known for its reputation as being internationally and locally recognised, affordable and "employable".

LCCI qualifications equip students with a firm academic foundation to face the rigours of higher education.

Additionally, universities in the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand grant LCCI diploma holders admission to their degree courses.

Moreover, upon completion of LCCI IQ Diplomas, many students use this qualification as a springboard to professional studies.

Upon completion of LCCI IQ Diploma (Level Three), students at LCB can continue their higher education to Business and Technician Education Council (BTEC) Higher National Certificates (HNC) in Computing course.

Also accredited by Brunei Darussalam Accreditation Council (BDNAC) under the Ministry of Education (MOE) Brunei Darussalam, BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing courses are equivalent to Level Five higher education qualifications that is widely recognised by universities and professional bodies in many countries.
