YESTERDAY marked another milestone for local football collectibles and sports shop Fes-Retro as they officially opened shop at Times Square. Present was Pehin Orang Kaya Pekerma Laila Diraja Dato Seri Setia Hj Hazair Hj Abdullah, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS).
To commemorate the event, Fes-Retro made a donation to the Community Development Department (JAPEM) fund for the needy,presented by Hj Habry Hj Abdullah, the director of Fes Retro and was received by the Minister of MCYS. The minister was then ushered through Fes-Retro by Effendi Hj Said, managing director of Fes Retro.
A printing demonstration was also conducted during the tour, where a customised footballjersey bearing the name of theminister was presented asa token of appreciation.
Amongst the many items that can be found are reprinted retro designed jerseys and even futsal boots, all of which are on sale.
A special 20 per cent discount will be given to customers to commemorate the official opening of Fes-Retro at Times Square, including a 10 per cent discount on all new Nike and Adidas branded Futsal boots. The offer is valid from December 25 to December 31.
