The ninth instalment of the Consumer Fair (CF9) offers consumers a haven for not only goods but also services. Located at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas visitors can not only find a one stop location to get the most value for their hard earned money but also a place where they can learn how to save their hard earned cash and plan for their future.
Out of the 330 booth showcasing their respective products and services BR kelvin Pong the authorised representative of American International Assurance (AIA) offers visitors of CF9 a free financial health check.
Kelvin Pong Ming Onn (pic) the Financial Services Unit Manager of AIA Brunei explained that a financial health check is similar to that of a medical health check up the difference however is that a medical health check up assess one's medical condition where as a financial health check helps those interested to assess their financial situation.
He further explained that the financial check is a process which involves one to identify their goals, establishing their priorities and assessing the available options that will help them to achieve their goals.
"By doing this, interested parties are able to be provided with a sound foundation for them to build a more secure financial future," he said.
Those interested are welcome to visit the AIA booth at CF9 and learn more about financial planning where the helpful Insurance agents (IAs) are able to assess and provide solution for their financial needs. The CF9 officially ends today. "For financial planning it's never too early and never too late," said Kelvin. Adib Noor The Brunei Times
