Kristal Astro's new subscription rates

DURING a press conference held at the Empire Hotel & Country Club yesterday, KRISTAL Astro introduced new packages, namely Family, Ruby, Sapphire, and Jade, which will be effective from March 1.

For only $24.95 a month, the Family package will offer more than 38 channels; whilst the Ruby package ($42.95) will comprise movies, varieties and general entertainment; Sapphire package ($41.95) will offer news, documentaries and children contents; and the high-end Jade package ($55.95) will offer all the channels in Kristal Astro services.

Furthermore, Kristal Astro customers will soon enjoy a 50 per cent discount on their subsequent subscriptions, thus making Kristal Astro services more affordable.

Furthermore, effective from March 1, Movie package customers will be migrated to Ruby package; World package customers to Sapphire Package plus Sapphire Sports; whereas Movie World package customers will be migrated to Jade package plus Jade Sports package. However, if World and Movie World package customers wish to unsubscribe their Sports package, they are advised to do so within the month of March or else $10 will be automatically incurred in their March Bills.

As a token of appreciation to all its loyal customers, Kristal Astro is extending free viewing for all existing channels commencing February 23 (00.01hrs) until February 29 (23.59hrs) prior to migrating to the new packages. This gesture is also in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam's 28th National Day.

"Customers will be able to experience all these exciting channels and can select which packages will suit their lifestyle and family needs," said Kristal Astro's General Manager, Matnarudin Ibrahim.

Throughout March, Kristal Astro will be waiving $10 registration fees for new sign ups and reconnection fees of $30.
