TWO employees of BAG (Brunei Accenture Group) Networks Sdn Bhd left for Singapore yesterday to attend a job training at Accenture, as part of BAG's continuous efforts to improve its customer services.
During the two-months training, Siti Salwani Hj Mohd Kassim and Nora Norul Zahirmie Hj Tahir, will be undergoing a series of training, learning and on the job experience at a ministry in Singapore, a major client of AccentureSeeing them off was BAG Networks Chief Executive Officer, Haslina Taib.
"While in Singapore they will see a system which they have not seen before and how to support the system in a bigger user base," said Haslina. She said the training serves as a benchmark for local customer service against Singapore's, adding that it would be a "highly demanding job training" for the participants.
She expressed hope the two would come home with the knowledge that they could implement which suit local expectations.
BAG Networks is a joint venture between Ministry of Finance and Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. (SHS1)
