AS A subsciber of B-mobile broadband service for the past three years, I have no complaints with the Internet connection speed except for the disruption of service before the due date of payment.
My billing statement comes in the middle of the month and the due date of payment is on the 20th of each month. However, a week before the due date, B-mobile usually cuts my Internet service. I don't think it is fair to cut my service when I still have one week to meet the due date.
My understanding of a due date in a billing statement is that it reminds the consumer to pay on that day or else the services (phone, cable, water, electricity) would be discontinued.
I hope that B-mobile can enlighten me on this matter because this is the first time I encountered such kind of problem.
