TELEKOM Brunei Berhad (TelBru) launched its new retail outlet and telecommunications centre, "Kadai TelBru" yesterday in a bid to offer greater customer experience with its retail concept.
According to a press release from TelBru, the retail outlet cum telecommunications centre, located at Unit No 8, Block C, Ground Floor, Tanjong Bunut, Mukim Kilanas, represents TelBru's increasing efforts in providing convenience for its valued customers to access conventional services such as payments and applications.
"Together with these conventional services, 'Kadai TelBru' has its sights set firmly on providing more convenience to its customers by showcasing TelBru's latest retail products and services," it said.
"Kadai TelBru, of which the word Kadai is derived from the affectionate local term for shop, aims to be a 'one-stop' telecommunications centre for its valued users by offering a stream of other paraphernalia such as telephone devices, computer accessories and a multitude of other telecommunication products," Telbru added.
The new retail outlet is also firmly positioned to achieve TelBru's continuous objective in providing excellent services that exceed customers' expectations.
On hand to officiate the soft launch of the new outlet was TelBru Chairman of the Board of Directors Dato Paduka Hj Othman Hj Yaakub.
With a positive experience for customers in mind, "Kadai TelBru" is firmly positioned to achieve TelBru's continuous objective in providing excellent services that exceed customers' expectations.
