Concepts Computer inks Epson deal

EPSON Malaysia has licensed Concepts Computers as Brunei's official distributor of Epson products as well as services yesterday during a press conference held at the Concepts Computers Kiulap branch.

"We have noticed that Concepts Computers have been receiving a lot of faithful customers because of their reasonable prices and package deals," said Ellen Ho, from Epson Malaysia.

"From this, we have not only provided them with more of our products, but our services as well, which includes a two Epson-qualified trained technicians to deal with the maintenance of our products."

Ellen said that the appointment as a distributor was effective as of October 1, 2009 after Concepts Computers' technical team completed their training at Epson Malaysia's headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

He added that their main target market for these products would be homes, schools and businesses, as these three categories still have a role of importance when it comes to printing pictures and documents, for school or for office work.

Concepts Computers General Manger Vincent Pao said that he was honoured that Epson approached his company for this partnership because of Epson's worldwide reputation.

"With a worldwide reputation, it is safe enough to say that quality comes along with it," he said.

"The benefits from this partnership is not only for us here at Concepts Computers, but also to Bruneians as we can now provide them with better package deals inclusive of these Epson printers and other products in the future."
