LOCAL restaurant chain Rasamas unveiled its new chicken rice recipe at its Kiulap branch on Thursday. The winning recipe is none other than the Hainanese Chicken Rice. The recipe was concocted by one of the contestants on a reality programme by Rasamas in Malaysia called Syoknya.
Members of the local media were invited to try the new dish, which consists of steamed chicken, fragrant rice, mixed vegetable, Japanese tofu, cream of mushroom soup and garlic bread.
Other recipes from the reality programme are expected to be served at Rasamas outlets soon.
