Crown Prince on official visit to Canada, US

HIS Royal Highness Prince Hj Al-Muhtadee Billah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office, departed for North America yesterday on an official visit to Canada and the United States.

In a statement, the Prime Minister's Office said the Crown Prince will be in Ottawa, Canada from September 15 to 17, and is expected to meet with Governor General David Johnston.

His Royal Highness will conduct a working visit to Washington from September 17 to 20, before departing for New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly, where he is expected to give a sabda on September 26.

Travelling with the Crown Prince were Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Muntaqim, Yang Teramat Mulia Pengiran Anak Muneerah Madhul Bolkiah, and Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Muda Abdul Qawi. Chua Guan Cheong The Brunei Times
